ACF.AOC. BDGC. Jemville  Mississippi Mudcake & her Babies

Registered  Breeder No. 419,  with the Queensland Feline Association (QFA Inc.) -
QFA is affiliated with the Australian Cat Federation (ACF Inc.).

Jenny was Secretary of  of the Burmese Cat Society of Queensland for many years and thoroughly enjoyed the involvement of organizing the many annual shows.

Jemville Burmese Cattery is a member of the Worldwide "Purebred Burmese Cat Alliance", based in Europe,   a body dedicated to breed and maintain Burmese in their original  10 colours, with no variations or crossbreeding  that would lead to, and include. the silver and cinnamon colours being proposed by some.     I, and many burmese breeders true to the breed, continue to be  vigilant  in making sure these  crossbreeding genes are not introduced into this beautiful breed in Australia,  just for the sake of introducing  a variety of 'other' colours.

The availability of kittens will be documented on my " KITTEN PAGE "
Also,   any older girls who have been speyed after producing some lovely babies,  will be listed on the kitten page.   These girls will have been vet checked etc.,  and still young enough to lead a long and healthy life.

Jemville Burmese Cattery has relocated to Highvale,  just a few minutes out of Samford Village,  on the Mt.Glorious Road.   We have sold our property  just north of Gympie, , where Jenny and her husband Ron, conducted a Droughtmaster Stud and Commercial Cattle property.    Jenny has always been interested in the Show Ring, right up to Royal Show level, showing horses and cattle, then Australian Kelpies and Border Collies, and now Burmese cats.  Jenny has been showing and breeding Burmese for  well over 20 years, and is still enjoying it immensely.

Our daughter Louise, also has a lovely Burmese Queen, Jemville Claudia, who produced beautiful kittens.   Louise is very involved in the horse world, breeding Quarter Horses, and  recently competing for NBHA in the United States .

Even though most of our Burmese are from show stock, our Cattery's main aim is to produce kittens of sound temperament and type,  to be totally suitable as adorable pets.

Our cats live in a small cattery with sunshine and fresh air, and protection from the elements. It is a subtropical and pleasant environment for our babies. All of our cats, the dads, the mums and their babies,  enjoy indoor/outdoor runs where the babies can develop their social skills and explore the "big wide world".

We hope you enjoy our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
